Sehar is currently an undergraduate student at the University of Washington – Tacoma. She is in her junior year and well on her way to completing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. Sehar has received her direct patient experience from volunteering at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, Washington, and also works as an Emergency Medical Technician for Ray Ellis Memorial Volunteer Ambulance Corps in Forks, Washington. She presently assists at The Center for Family and Lifespan Development in Federal Way, Washington and sits in and participates in group therapy sessions with children, teens, and adults. She also actively participates in developing measures to enhance the efficacy of the Transition House program. By the end of her undergraduate career, Sehar hopes to attend medical school and pursue a career in psychiatry or family medicine.
